Hōkūleʻa crew sighted land this morning after a night of squalls and 100% cloud cover. The island of Huahine was spotted around 6:15am by crew member Mike Manu. Hikianalia confirmed the land was that of Huahine. The canoes are enroute to Raʻiatea, just a few miles past Huahine. At current speed we will be at Raʻiatea in the next 12 hours.
