Members of PVS met yesterday at China Walls to honor Albert Falco, a French scuba diving veteran and champion of ocean conservation, who passed away in Marseille on Saturday, April 21, at 84. Falco was was one of the longest-serving diving companions of ocean pioneer Jacques Cousteau and was on the Ocean Advisory Board of the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society, a non-profit ocean conservation organization.
