Good evening Hōkūleʻa fans, this beautiful sunset navigation report comes to you from Haunani Kane, one of the apprentice navigators on the Leg 28 crew. Using crab-claw sails in light winds they averaged 2.5 to 3 knots throughout the day. They are hoping to make landfall to Rapa Nui at some point tomorrow.
