Hōkūleʻa Update | April 9, 2016
Aloha mai kākou, this is Starr Johnson aboard Hōkūleʻa. We are with Leg 19 having transitioned from Leg 18 making our way up from Titusville along the Intracoastal Waterway through Palm Coast where we were able to connect our crewmate and friend Kaʻau McKinney, whose uncle and aunty hosted a dinner. We were also able to fix some steering issues with our escort boat. So we headed out this morning, headed out of St. Augustine and tomorrow weʻll continue up the Intracoastal Waterway and make up some lost time. Please continue to follow us at Hokulea.com. Aloha!
