I believe kids are the only hope for the future. All the physical things will be gone someday, but our kids will be left along with natural environment that we are going to leave. I want to leave it better than what we have right now.

We are currently moored at Whangarei Port where much excitement has been spurred by the presence of Hōkūle'a and Hikianalia.

You can see and you especially feel that we recognize and they recognize that the canoe is a common strand between people.
