2015 Hikianalia: Hawaiʻi & NW Hawaiian Islands
Leg 13 Crewmembers aboard Hikianalia returned home to Hawaiʻi in Summer 2015 to bring the education promise of the voyage back to her local community. Hikianalia sailed throughout the state, hosted by the leaders of the ʻOhana Waʻa (voyaging community) on each neighbor island, to provide experiential learning opportunities to teachers and students over the course of the year.
