Graduated with a Bachelor of Science from UH Manoa and a Masters Degree from California State Maritime Academy. Spent the past 10 years sailing and adventuring around the globe on various vessels including a replica Ming Dynasty Chinese junk, square rigged Tall Ships, Polynesian Voyaging Canoes, and also sails professionally aboard merchant ships.
